My budget is around $150. The bag needs to have a padded compartment for a 13 inch laptop. It also needs to be water resistant and have a spot or room for a water bottle. I've been looking at Tom Bihn bags, especially the Brain Bag, its more than I want to spend but it is everything I need except I don't like backpacks because they are bulky and don't look great.
