Hey everyone. I'm not one for schedules-- I really prefer to go with the flow. However, I'm noticing that as an adult I'm struggling to take care of myself properly (i.e. getting enough exercise, getting outside enough, creating enough, keeping up with chores, etc). I'd like to work on these things, but I'm hoping there's an alternative to just creating to-do lists and schedules. How do others who dislike routine manage their time and balance their lives more?
tl;dr Want to take better care of myself and be healthier, but would prefer to not have schedules and routines. Any way to do this?
