Moving in to a new house and house builders say I shouldn't decorate the walls for a year. It's going to be magnolia and I hate magnolia. What can and can't I do. Any reason that I can't repaint the walls a different colour? Wondering if it's more that they don't want me to hang pictured etc for settlement cracks.
