Not sure if this belongs here. I am relatively new landlord with two appartments. I took a chance on a young unmarried couple with no rental history who ended up needing to move out of my one bedroom because they got pregnant after a few years. They have been utterly fantastic and I would like to reward them by filing something positive against their credit reports (along with baby gifts, full security deposit, etc.) How can I do this? Everything online talks about filing complaints. That's the opposite of what I'd like to do for them.
