Ok, it’s pretty clear that people posting stuff that can no longer be bought is not changing. A good deal of people aren’t happy about that but the fact that all this stuff is hitting the top makes it pretty clear the silent majority doesn’t care/likes it.
Can we at least set some kind of tagging/flairing rule to differentiate between old 50s products that you will never be able to buy now and stuff you can go on Amazon and order right now? Maybe even another one for old stuff that isn’t still sold in stores but is easily available as NOS online or something.
Something like
[CURRENT] X Company’s Y Bag still holding up after years of use!
[OLD] The Toaster my Grandmother used in the 40s, still toasting like a champ.
That way people who really care can at least easily filter out stuff they don’t want to see.
