Back story, I’m 22M, discharging honorably with 4 years military service. My end goal is an airline pilot, but that’s $50k in schooling I can’t afford right now. I have $9k in savings and my major bills are car 200$/M and insurance 70$ /M. I do have my private pilots license, will be EMT certified nationally, open water scuba and a history of communication/computer skills from the army. I don’t have any definitive work skills, but I feel like I have a few doors halfway open. The skills I have can be useful, but I don’t know where to apply or how to word my resume to express I am valuable to be hired. I need a job to support myself, as well as provide my investment in reaching my aviation goals.
(Any advice from someone who has transitioned out would be extra appreciated!)
