Hello, first time post. I am 21 years old and have never had a budget before. But since my bfs accident we have been struggling to keep up with bills. We tend to blow through our money. I was wondering if anyone knows any free classes on financing and budgeting? Or even planning! I am terrible at it and would love to be able to take control over my money! Thank you in advance!
