Long story short, I bought some knickers that I’d like to return, but am unsure if I’d be able to do so. I checked the terms and conditions on the website which listed some items that can’t be returned for hygiene reasons, but underwear wasn’t included. But it seems like the sort if thing that really should be included, and I remember not being able to return some to Topshop. So if anyone here knows for certain, it would save me some bother.
Edit: also I’m in England if that makes a difference
