I am in my early 30's and I've finally started dialing in my finances.
One path I am interested in is buying some land just outside a developing city somewhere in the hopes of building a home -- and some profits.
Is anyone else doing this? My question is does anyone have a resource to find out where the burgeoning cities are. I grew up in a quintessential up and coming city and it was know for a decade that the town was going to blow up, and blow up it did. Does anyone or any website keep track of these things?
I'm also open to opinions about the endeavor! Thanks.
