I'm 24 years old, I applied to a job as a journeyman mechanic at this family owned shop (I think I'm the only employee outside of the family, there's maybe 5 people working there total).
During the interview the boss asked me what kind of benefit package I'd need. I have to move 3 hours away for this job, and I'll need medical, dental, and probably a retirement plan setup. I have no idea where to even start, I couldn't even answer his question because I hadn't ever thought about that! So please help me out reddit, give me some links to research or personal stories.
