I'm very new to anything DIY, but I just bought a house, so it's time to learn. First thing I'm running into is an issue with changing the locks. I can't figure out how to finish removing the deadbolts.https://ift.tt/2LyGzKU and back door both have these. On the back door, the pin in the second picture appears to be twisted, can't tell if the other one is the same way.Anyway, I'm just not sure what the last step here is.
