I know that they are relatively new and haven't yet stood the test of time.
However, could they surpass and become the next Toyota?
My line of thinking is, since it's basically just 4 wheels on 2 axes turned by a battery which is easily replaceable, there are fewer parts that can break down. Engines in conventional cars have thousands of parts and rely on organic materials such as petrol, oils, grease etc.
Could a Tesla last 1 million miles or more?
