When working outside or with tools in the cold winter seasons (0 - 5 degrees), my hands usually go red and dexterity/movement is reduced. I've tried using the free work gloves (2 different ones), however, if i want to retrieve a pen or knife from my back pocket, the glove always sticks to the clothing and it's difficult to pull it out.
My productivity is also reduced and it takes twice as long to complete the job wearing gloves which impact my agility..
Any recommendations on gloves for this situation?
