**** I've decided to go with the Tripp Lite "TLP1008TEL".
I'm deciding between two SPs, a Belkin and a Holsem.
The Belkin has 8 outlets, an 8 ft cord, 2,500 J, and a $100K warranty.
The Holsem has 8 outlets, a 6ft cord, 2,000 J, 2 USB ports, and a "Worry-free 24-month warranty, 30-day no-hassle return & refund guarantee and life time technical support."
It seems like the Belkin SP is the better buy, but I have read where people have had big issues with them not backing up their warranty, and other things.
Really what I need to know is which company is better in terms of service and quality, (and which SP is the better buy, of course. I don't want to make a mistake in buying the wrong one, which is why I'm coming here.)
