From everything I seen online (mainly on Reddit), 2ndhnd.com seemed to be a great website so I finally decided to buy a Leap v2 (refurbished) which was £320. That's $430 for a refurbished chair.
Anyway, I got it 2 days ago and just got around to opening the box today and it was already pre-built. That was great until I realized the "seat adjustment" is broke and the chair won't go up...
I phoned 2ndhnd's number and someone answered but he told me he's busy driving and to e-mail him so he can "tell me what adjustments to make so I can change the height" or something alone those lines.
But considering I've spent 100's on a refurbished chair doesn't that sound like it's a temporary fix and the seat adjustment should be working anyway?
