I remember a while back, a lady on this subreddit posted her concerns about her husband shorting Netflix with half of their life savings. I urged her to tell her husband that it was an insane stock to short, but she insisted that he had everything under control. The next day, Netflix’s earnings report was released and the stock price increased substantially.
