So I was working for a call center as a second income for myself for the last year and my position ended last month on the 24th I was there for over a year and the reason for leaving was because it was a position that was being terminated and I didn’t apply for a different department I just wanted to take my final completion bonus and look for something new.
Fast forward to today when the bonus is going to be hitting everyone’s bank account who was in the same position as me, I’ve spoken to a lot of my colleagues who did the same as me and we all received different payments and none of us received even close to the 1000 we were told about before the position being terminated,
Now I’m just wondering what should my course of action be? I already no longer work for this company is this something I can fight for? I received almost half of what I was supposed to....
