I found these shorts at Costco made by Hawke and Co. last year and they're great! Flat front, solid color, extra pockets but subtle ones so I don't look like I'm wearing cargo shorts, breathe and dry really well. I work in a brewery and spend 8+ hours in 95+ heat getting beer splashed on me, so they're perfect. Plus, they're great for hiking AND they were only $12. But I only bought 2 pairs and 1 pair is too large and I can't find them any more. Costco doesn't have them this year, Amazon doesn't have them in my size, and the website doesn't have the same style.
So I'm looking for something that's similar. They're called "performance shorts" and they're made of a material very similar to board shorts with mesh pockets. I don't make a ton of money, so under $20 per pair would be ideal.
Am I hunting for a unicorn? Do shorts like this still exist?
