I just finished installing a new receptacle from an old light fixture, and the receptacle works. However, everything else on the breaker is dead.I ran 14 gauge Romex from the old box to the new receptacle. I grounded the Romex to the old light box (the house is wired with conduit) and the grounding screw on the new outlet. All the boxes involved are metal.If anyone can help me figure this out how to get everything working, that would be great!
