If tech is thirsty for more money, then won't the money managers move the weights around and put more money into tech? Instead if having 20% of your mutual fund in tech, make it 25%.
Is there really an insufficient amount of American money to adequately fund tech? If this is true, then the American economy is scary strong because the only hurdle is an insufficient amount of domestic capital.
How is this bad?
