Images hereSo I really don't have any experience be it painting or fixing anything but I am slowly learning and want to get better. The next thing I would like to focus on are these steps/porch to my door.You can see the paint starting to peel away and dirty and grime that I can't get off with heavy cleaning. I just want to repaint it, if that's what you do with this.What steps do I take?What tools do I use?estimate costs what I would have to pay?Do I remove the layer first - if so, with what tools and what liquids? Then I assume painting it with protective layers... but it seems to be stone/concrete so no idea what to use.Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated, thank you so much.
