I am trying to create a 3D printed deathstar ring box. I have already designed the box, but am now trying to make a button on top, that when pressed, will activate a laser pointer on the inside that shines out through the holes to create a "beam".However, I am unsure on how to make the button. I have a hole that goes through the top of the death star to inside the hollow. The button will be placed over that hole, with the wires from the button going through the hole to meet with the laser pointer that is inside the hollow point in the top half of the deathstar.So how do I connect the two, with the button keeping a low profile on the top of the ring box? via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2yg0DQe
