I've recently been freezing (vanilla) yogurt instead of eating ice cream. I get a little 6oz thing of yogurt for ~$0.40. The yogurt comes pre-portioned (instead of eating 1/3 a tub of ice cream), has less calories, and is easier on my stomach (sorta lactose intolerant).
