The company is just out of chapter 11, and have doubled in just a few days, but my understanding was that part of the restructuring involves diluting these old shares down to just 1,9% sometimes over the next few months, which means that every million that goes into this stock now will be worth only $19000 over summer. Why are people buying Seadrill?
