I have been trying to learn more about finances and have seen this phrase used in a couple different places but never really defined. If you are spending less than you are making, is that having "a healthy attitude" or is it more about work/life balance or planning for the future?
I guess the reason I am asking is because the more I learn about money, the more I stress out about it. I wouldn't say that I have "a healthy attitude" even though I am following the steps of the good with $ guide. Have any of you reached a point where you don't doubt your every move?
