Hello everyone. I can’t find any info from google about the maximum time between polyurethane coats.Long story short I am refinishing a table from the early 1900s. Family heirloom. I went over every surface with a hand sander - 80, 120, 180,220 grit. Between each coat I went over everything with 0000 steel wool. During the process of applying coats of polyurethane some family issues arose and now I haven’t been able to apply my last coat of polyurethane since last week. Will I be able to pass some 0000 steel wool and apply the final coat or will applying another coat come out awful looking?Thank you for your advice. via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2ITNSf8

Waited too long between polyurethane coats. Did I ruin my hard work?
