There’s way too much information and contradictions out there. Studies disproving other studies. One diet saying oatmeal is a great breakfast while another saying don’t eat oatmeal at all. How about sleep? Another argument on the minimum needed right there. At the end of the day remember that we are all different human beings and what works best for one person doesn’t always work best for the other. Try different approaches out and take the one that is best for you. Whether it’s for fitness, career, etc... That’s the simple route.
