Hello BIFL, I have owned some tough items of clothing over the years, but I am always disappointed by the (lack of) durability in Tshirts. It does not matter how expensive a Tshirt I buy, after 4-5 wash/dry cycles it begins to lose its texture and wrinkles become more persistent.
Fwiw, since I began airdrying my shirts a year ago, they tend to last somewhat longer; maybe another 3-4 cycles; but after that they just look like I wore them in bed for a week.
There is a thread about durable shirts in this sub’s wiki, but I can’t find anything specifically about Tshirts.
Budget: up to $100
