I need to carry my fatass laptop around for work and also hike regularly so I'd ideally like to use it for both. No special hiking requirements - I'm not doing multi-day stuff or anything but it would need to hold up to being washed.
Budget is $100 so I'd settle for 2 if there's a good hiking pack and a good laptop pack that total a similar budget total.
I've seen that a lot of people on amazon like targus but that their quality has been slipping. A lot of other brands say UP TO 17 inches so im guessing they don't mean mine which is 17 inches and almost the thickness of 2 office laptoops
