Hello everyone!

I’m new to this investment game and trying to play catch up (I’m in my early 30’s).

I finally started working for a company that offers a 401K plan, so I opted for a Roth and selected the company-approved options below for my contributions.

I’m wondering if you all think my strategy is not heavy enough on risk? And whether it is exposed to enough stock?

Part of my risk avoidance in selecting the options below came from MONEY magazine articles about how to weather a potential market correction, but I am now realizing that I am trying to time the market too much.
