I have held this for awhile and was thinking about selling it when I saw it spike today because of the headache that the K-1 is for taxes. Seems I won't have to since they'll be a regular corporation now. Seems with the new tax codes they can save more as a corporation and they hope to attract more investors by not having to file with the K-1.
