I'm understanding the majority of what is going on, my only question is concerning shares of Wabtec. Since GE will now own 50.1% of shares and distribute around 80% of those shares to investors, how will investors receive those shares? For example, if I own 10 shares of GE, do I decieve 10 shares of Wabtec? Maybe that's not how it works at all, but I'm not sure. I've looked around for answers to this question, but I couldn't find anything so now I turn to you guys. :)
