I placed an express order on Sunday to have it in time for my upcoming vacation. They took the money out my account on Monday and sent me a shipment notification.
Monday night I received another notification, this time from FedEx, notifying me that Fashion Nova cancelled my order.
I have called and emailed numerous times and have yet to receive an answer as to why. I did some research and found out this is major issue that Fashion Nova refuses to address.
Thankfully, I processed the payment via PayPal so I was able to dispute the charge, I also called my bank and reported the charge as fraudulent.
TLDR: Fashion Nova customer service sucks!
