So my thought was, what if I made a small boat out of something like half a 2 liter (Of course touch it up with some wood to make it look like a boat, but for a base) and then filled it about 75% of the way with soil and planted something in it, letting some of the roots come out of the "Boards" in the boat and hang into the water so the plant can sustain itself. Then maybe got some fish or a turtle to live in the tank beneath my new plant boat. I've been thinking about it all morning but can't find any sources on if anyone has done it before. I'll most certainly follow through though if you guys think it's doable and safe for the animal inside. via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2HRRmiA
