I bought these boots a week ago (4/17/18). I've applied waximum when I first received the bolts and currently (4/28/18) have them tearing up. Is it normal for these boots to already be tearing up. These are timberland pro Direct Attach 6" Steel toe boots.

Edit: I believe black paint or something is coming off of the boots too.
