I am setting up my own kitchen and looking at buying a food processor. I’ve noticed a lot of sellers will have a “professional” version and a “home version” (this seems to be big with manufactures like Kitchenaid).
If I am looking to BIFL - should I save for the professional version? What are the differences that a home consumer would notice? I am a meal prepper and want a workhorse of a machine.
