I never really had to be frugal, so I don't have good insight on how to do so. She will be working minimal hours and going to school full-time for a teaching degree.
She is looking for best tips to save money and stretch things out a bit. Things like cloth menstrual pads and using glass jars as food storage are things she likes.
Any tips I can relay to her?
