I'm putting new shutters up at my mom's house, they're vinyl and I have to drill into the brick in order to make holes for the plastic screws/anchor things. My problem is that in a couple spots I had to end up drilling into the mortar between the bricks and it's sort of crumbling and not holding the anchors. Is there any simple way to fix this?
