I make around 30k a year and is struggling to get by. My mother worked as a waitress at two restaurants and was just let go at one of them. Now she only works 4 shifts at the other restaurant. I am worried that she won't be able to pay all her bills but I am barely getting by myself. How can I help her financially? She's scared to look for other work because her English is not strong.
Are there any programs out there to help older adults find work?
