2000 dollars for grass
3000 dollars for sprinklers
5000 dollars for a 14x24 foot concrete patio(aggregate)
This doesnt include that we want to put a hot tub in(we do AirBNB). But this is minor and not exactly necessary.
My question is that- home expenses are insane. I'm not sure if I'm getting screwed, or if I should be DIYing more, or if this is a 1 time expense.
