As title states I'm looking to move out of my parents home. I just graduated from college.
Finances:
Pay: ~1900 after taxes and 401k. Savings: 3200 Student loan: 300/mo (when I start paying) Apartment price range: 600-700 ( lower end of where I live) Estimated utilities: 150-200 Internet: 50-80 My parents are nice enough to keep me on their health/car insurance and phone plan for another year or so. Food estimate: 200/mo.
Is there anything else that I should consider? I know I'll have a slightly higher after tax income due to being able to claim another exemption on taxes, but again, just looking to see if there anything else I should look at?
