This matters because (at least in the USA) BK puts coupon flyers in the mail and newspapers every week or two, but Mcdonald’s only very rarely does. Mcdonald’s is supposed to find a menu item that closely matches the coupon and give it to you for the coupon price. 9/10 Mcdonald’s will do this, though most cashiers are not trained on it and have to grab the manager to help.
