A bit of background: I am a graduating college student, and I got offered a job in a large city, starting in the end of the year. I accepted the offer since I really want the position (its my dream gig), but didn't negotiate on salary. I now realize that might have been a mistake, having looked at cost of living in this place. is it possible to negotiate salary after accepting the position. interested in input from HR people too, hopefully. How would this be viewed?
