My fiance and I are moving next week before our current lease is up due to just unfortunate timing of leases, and the only way to have possibly paid for both a security deposit and first months rent while living on 11.80 an hour is to dip into my savings I’ve been diligently putting away over the last few months.
My point, I guess, is that I feel guilty dipping into my savings, despite situations like this being the very reason we keep savings in the first place. Is this a normal feeling when one dips into their savings?
