Hello everyone, my question is how do you invest in foreign stocks? For reference I live in the US and my brokerage account is with TDA/TOS, but I’m unsure of the process of investing in foreign stocks. How do you purchase them? Do you need to have the foreign currency? Is their OTC counterpart basically the same thing? How do the taxes work for foreign stock? Any other useful information or tips I may be missing? Thanks ahead of time for your help. It’s greatly appreciated.
