I've been unemployed for about 9 months now. To save some time I was terminated from my position due to a false interpretation that I wasn't doing any work. In actuality I was helping train 2 new hires at what we do and forgot to log my own time on what I helped them with.
I have been getting unemployment to get by and absolutely hate it. I've been busting my hump since the termination to find a new job and have received multiple interviews but no offers as of yet. My unemployment will end in 2 weeks as I'll hit the cap and I'm scrambling at this point. I thought that with my IT background(technical/customer support) finding a new job would be easy but its been the polar opposite.
What should I be doing at this time? I'm absolutely panicing because I need a job right now and don't have any new interviews lined up. I don't have any savings as those dried up while waiting for unemployment.
Please help!
