24 yr old college student got a job that I hope wont end up being my career, job offers 401k that matches 50 cents for ever dollar I put in. Is it worth it?

I am thinking more along the lines of what will happen to that money when I eventually quit that job. I plan and hope to be there at least 4 years but don't know if I would be better off putting money into a savings account and figuring something out with that money in the future.
