I'm in a sort of unique position. I'm in between transitions from a local community college to an online school, so I have about two months at least between semesters. I only work for three days a week at a garbage fast food job, but I'm searching for something I can do, maybe full time, while I do my online college.
I have a very close family friend that is getting into property investments, and he owns several dental practices. He told me he has a large sum of money he is looking to use to invest, and if I have any ideas I should work with him.
Should I focus on getting a new job that will take most of my time, or should I take the riskier route with the business/investments? I'm only 19 so I feel like I have a lot of time.
