So many times today the coupons haven't come off the products and customers didn't know unless I pointed it out. But of course not all cashiers are aware of every item that's on sale, I only noticed because it was a product I purchased myself before.
So always make sure, carry the savings booklet with you and be diligent. I'd hate to see someone not get a deal. Don't be afraid to ask you cashier either. I never mind it.
