Hi simple living! I wanted to share how I simplified my life and minimized my stuff by replacing my aging MacBook Air with an iPad Pro. I want to quickly break down what I used before and how it all fits into my iPad now. I splurged and purchased the Apple Pencil and keyboard that goes along with the iPad.

Bullet journal, various pens, markers, tape, etc (my planner) —> GoodNotes app My morning pages journal —> also GoodNotes app My books —> iBook or Kindle (and Libby for renting library and audiobooks) My textbooks —> also iBook or Kindle Note taking for school —> OneNote app My hard drive —> iCloud/Google drive/etc

I also have apps to all of my hobbies, including meditation apps, yoga apps and Rosetta Stone!

Besides that, it replaces everything else my old computer can do. It’s been so nice to not take all of those items mentioned above and now be able to quickly put my ipad into my bag and go.

My favorite feature is the duel screen. I can type my papers on the left while my textbook is on the right. I can write and highlight on my books without “damaging” them. Once i start my school internships, I can easily fit this in my bag and have access to all my notes, books, etc if I need them. This has easily been one of the best investments I’ve made for graduate school.
